Due to a family commitment I’m unable this week to deliver a full report. And what a week to miss the opportunity because two important things are happening at once: Mortgage rates almost hit 7.5% in the past week and at the same time inventory has also hit a peak for the second half of the year. I’m excited to watch the market unfold in the coming weeks with no doubt in my mind that it’s going to be choppy for many people selling a home.
